Acute differential probes provide safe, accurate floating-point voltage measurements on power electronics, motor drives, and circuits with high common-mode voltages. Available in 25 MHz and 100 MHz bandwidth models with attenuation ratios from 10X to 500X, each probe connects to any oscilloscope via BNC and is powered by USB or battery.
