How can I place my order?

You can place your order directly on our website using credit card. Additionally, we accept purchase orders and payment via bank transfer. Please reach out to us at [email protected] to submit your order.

What is the standard lead time?

In most cases, all items are in stock at the warehouse in Taiwan. In certain occasions, we may already have inventory of some items on-hand at our San Francisco location. Items are dispatched from the warehouse in Taiwan within 24 hours of order receipt. Orders destined for end customers in Canada will be transferred to our logistics base in Vancouver, BC. For customers based in the USA and elsewhere, the items will be transferred to our office in San Francisco. This internal transfer enables us to streamline the import process and takes approximately 3–4 business days. Once delivered to Vancouver or San Francisco, the item is re-shipped using the chosen shipment method, oftentimes Next-Day for delivery to the end customer in 1–2 days. In total, you can expect to have your product in hand in 5–6 days after placing your order.

Do you accept returns?

All sales are final, however we provide a full warranty against manufacturing defect for the life of the product.
