The MSO2000 series combines a multi-channel logic analyzer with a simple oscilloscope (40 MHz analog bandwidth, 2 analog channels) in one compact instrument. With 2 GHz timing analysis, up to 8 Gb of memory, and built-in power sequence validation, it is purpose-built for platform bring-up and power delivery debugging. The MSO2216B flagship supports up to 128 channels of power sequencing when cascaded.
